Kiska leads and exciting life, from her early days in Mexico through her move to San Diego. In this true adventure story, she and her brother, Canica, are pampered family pets. They frolic with the children, tease rabbits, chase chickens and enjoy weekend trips to the country. When the family moves to another country, the cats' idyllic lives are jolted. Canica disappears and Kiska sets out to find him. At the same time, Kiska's young owners need Kiska's comforting care in their unfamiliar surroundings.
