Patrick Duffy is an Irish emigrant and organisational practitioner who has spent more than three decades in management and studying and researching organisations, including government and public institutions. He left Ireland young and has spent much of the past thirty-five years as both emigrant and immigrant, close enough to care but far enough away to notice how Ireland has changed.
