Rosa Koppelmann was born in Berlin in 1987 and grew up in a world of political ideals, spiritual experiments and existential contradictions. She lived in France, Ghana and the USA, became an entrepreneur and a mother of four (soon to be five) children. Throughout this time, she remained on a quest to discover what lies beneath it all. This quest led her ever deeper within, into the direct experience of what she now calls "lived non-duality": the realisation that everything is one. Not as a spiritual or philosophical idea, but as a direct, lived experience in everyday life.
Drawing on this experience, she developed the Rosa Koppelmann Method (RKM); a synthesis of neurobiology, quantum physics and non-duality. Through the RKM, she guides people to understand consciousness not merely as a concept, but to embody it in everyday life: in relationships, business, the body and leadership. She is known for conveying life¿s deepest themes with a surprising lightness. She builds bridges between science and spirituality, between the incomprehensible and the very concrete realities of everyday life and in doing so, makes it palpable that both have always been one and the same.
