Something BIG is hiding in the woods of Yonder Creek!
When Ohno and his friends-Pal, Ready, Figure, and Moxie-set out on another adventure, they expect a fun day of exploring. But it isn't long before they discover that something mysterious has been moving through the forest.
There are BIG footprints on the trail.
Tufts of shaggy fur caught on branches.
Trees rustle when no one is there.
Branches snap.
Something goes THUMP in the woods.
And then...
ROOOOAR!

Soon the friends come face-to-face with the creature behind the enormous footprints, shaggy fur, broken branches, strange sounds, and that tremendous ROAR.

But this bear isn't chasing anyone. He needs help. A tiny thorn is stuck in his enormous paw-and it really hurts!
Ohno has spent the whole adventure wondering whether he is brave enough to face the Thing in the Woods. Now, standing beside the very creature that frightened him, he discovers what courage really looks like.
