Henry Zheng is Vice Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and Planning at Carnegie Mellon University, where he serves on the University Leadership Council, Provost's Leadership Council, University Strategic Planning Committee, and the Student Success Steering Committee. He is the coeditor of Big Data on Campus.

Gail B. Marsh is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She currently serves as a senior management advisor and executive coach to board members, presidents, and senior leaders in higher education and health care.
