DIE BOEK
Die Vasbyt Vyf is almal op Handré se oom se wildsplaas vir 'n ontspannende vakansie na hulle ontvoering en ontsnapping. Altans, dis veronderstel om een te wees - tot hulle pens en pootjies in nog 'n avontuur beland.
Nadat hulle op 'n velduitstappie verdwaal en op 'n pas gestroopte renoster met 'n babakalfie afkom, besluit hulle om die renosterstropers te probeer keer. Hulle het vinnig 'n verdagte en leidrade, maar die grootmense wil hulle nie glo nie: hulle dink die kinders jaag spoke op na hul eie traumatiese ervaring.
Dit hang van die Vasbyt Vyf af om weereens hulle eie helde te wees en die renosters te red.
THE BOOK
The Vasbyt Vyf are all at Handré's uncle's game farm for a relaxing holiday after their kidnapping and escape. At least, it's supposed to be one - until they find themselves in yet another adventure. After getting lost on a hike and coming across a freshly poached rhino with a baby calf, they decide to try to stop the rhino poachers. They quickly have a suspect and clues, but the adults don't believe them: they think the kids are imagining things after their own traumatic experience. It's up to the Vasbyt Vyf to once again be their own heroes and save the rhinos.
