There's tension in the small town of Dingle Point Cove on the Chesapeake Bay as the well-being of its oldest citizens is under threat. A big healthcare company wants to close all the local senior homes and uproot the residents into a new three-story mega-facility. And they'll stop at nothing to sell the idea to the community.
But Paige Bottomley, a smart, gutsy 74-year-old, isn't buying it, especially when what she digs up smells as fishy as the town's beach at low tide. Someone clearly has a lot to lose if the truth comes out, and meddlesome Paige is in the way. With greed, treachery, violence and murder, the bodies begin to multiply, and the next digging Paige does might just be her own grave.
