Kate and Owen, a young couple from the city, decide to buy a large property in another state. They are enticed by the cheap price, not realizing that Hazelwood Estate is haunted by a great deal of its former inhabitants. Kate begins to experience all sorts of paranormal activity, though her husband is less inclined to believe her.
