Scott obtained his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 2012, enhancing his professional credentials and expertise in managing condominium properties effectively. In 2015, he achieved the Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification, a designation that recognizes his advanced knowledge and skills in threat assessment, integrated physical security systems, and the appropriate application of security measures. Further solidifying his expertise, Scott earned the Certified Professional (CPP) designation in 2022, which is the gold standard for security management professionals worldwide.
