The Ukraine Russia war that started in February 2022 is fast approaching its 3 years' mark, and yet the stalemate seems to be continuing without any sign of resolution.
Is this a strategic win for Russia?
Is this a strategic win for NATO, USA and the West?
Perhaps neither of these. Perhaps this was a most remarkable strategic milestone in the history of warfare in preventing a vicious proxy war from developing into a full-scale war.
It has resulted in averting the most devastating WW3!
The West and USA have only themselves to blame for insisting on their self-serving policies on military expansion that misfired so badly that they are now creating such an implacable bipolar and increasingly multi-polar world.
Hopefully, there will not be more instances of such Western ruinous policies that will push the world to the brink of WW3 again.
