Tracy 'TK' King just came home from a ten year bid, after shooting someone for trying to get over on him. TK a ex-King Pin wants the respect and power, he once had before being ten years removed from a society and city that has changed drastically. Everything and everyone is different than he remembers, changing the plans and visions he had for this takeover, to regain his reign and power. Even then, not giving in or up, he moves forward to achieve what he already had his mind set on, leaving behind a trail covered in blood on his rise to position and power.
