Lionel Quartus Lowery II is a husband, father, and a man of faith. He has dual certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and has proudly served in the United States Army for over 32 years. Lionel's passion for science and adventure started at a young age, which eventually led him to join the Army and create his own adventures. Throughout his career, he has lived in various places and traveled all over the world. Lionel has held several leadership positions and has had the privilege to teach, lead, and mentor thousands of people. In his teaching, he often used stories to help soldiers and civilian employees understand the mission of the Army. In doing so, he learned a valuable lesson - it wasn't about him or his stories, but how those stories brought people together. Now, he understands what truly matters - his genuine care for people and his ability to unite them. This realization led Lionel to develop the Lowery Care Construct, a concept that emphasizes caring for people, places, and things - in that order.
