This book, 'Ease and Tolerance in Islam', explains that making things easy is a general feature of all aspects of the Islamic faith. Islam shuns the extreme attitudes of strictness that tend to prohibit what is lawful or casually permit that which God has made unlawful. It is a religion revealed by God and can be implemented by everyone, despite their different failings. People have their own feelings and abilities and Islamic law takes all this into account. Therefore, Islam addresses human nature and appeals to it, allowing everyone to practice it according to their different abilities. God says: "He has laid no hardship on you in anything that pertains to religion." (22: 78).We hope that readers will find this book useful in adding to their knowledge and understanding of Islam.
