About the author: Richard N. Fustino, a Music Director with over 56 years of teaching experience, celebrates 17 years of the "Week of Rock." This live stage experience inspires young, and the young at heart, area musicians. In 2023, he was named "Teacher of the Month" at Matt's Music in North Tonawanda, New York. Richard and his Crossroads Music students also performed at Canal Fest, Greater Buffalo's renowned music venue. Back in 1965, he had the honor of playing at the New York World's Fair within the New York State pavilion featuring the Angola, NY band "The Ambassadors."
