Robert F. Lowery is a certified Life and Leadership Coach and the founder and CEO of RL Experience. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, mentorship, and coaching, he specializes in empowering individuals to pursue the lives and careers they aspire to. A graduate of Buffalo State University, Robert has earned recognition as one of the Business First '40 under 40' and a recipient of the Buffalo Black Achievers Award. As a former executive with the Boys & Girls Club, where he was honored as their national Professional of the Year, Robert led impactful leadership programs, overseeing teams of up to 120 staff and 50 volunteers. His in-depth understanding of leadership development is evident in his popular video podcast Empower716, where he shares practical strategies for goal setting, personal finance, and conflict resolution. Robert demonstrates his versatility through various community leadership roles, serving on the boards of nonprofit, economic development, and faith-based organizations, as well as a charter school. Since the relaunch of RL Experience, he has guided over 500 individuals and 40 nonprofit organizations nationwide, solidifying his expertise in leadership coaching.
