Lorenzo Rodriguez taught and worked as a school administrator for twenty-nine years before retiring. While teaching primary grades, he would tell stories to his students. The ones they most loved and connected with, he decided to capture on paper. Years later, a friend discovered the first draft of An Airplane Without Wings on his desk. His friends and students loved the story so much that Lorenzo decided to publish it to share it with the world! Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, Lorenzo came to the U.S. in 1970 and now resides in California.
