Janet Langhart Cohen is an award-winning playwright and journalist who grew up in a segregated housing project in Indianapolis, Indiana, and went on to enjoy a career in modeling, television, and public service as the nation's "First Lady of the Pentagon." The National Association of Women Judges presented her with "The Lady Justice Award" for artistic integrity in writing Anne & Emmett. Doug Wilson is a former college baseball player and a member of the Society for American Baseball Research. He is the author of Fred Hutchinson and the 1964 Cincinnati Reds (2010), The Bird: The Life and Legacy of MarkFidrych (2013), Brooks: The Biography of Brooks Robinson (2014), and Pudge: The Biography of Carlton Fisk (2015). His books have been finalists for the Casey Award and SABR's Seymour Medal as the best baseball books of the year and The Bird was selected by the Library of Michigan as a Michigan Notable book for 2014.Wilson lives in Columbus, Indiana.
