The dynamic duo is back!

Romance author Amanda Carmichael has a new project up her sleeve - starting her own private investigation firm. The only problem is, she neglected to tell her grumpy 'business partner' first. Much to Detective Ben Camden's dismay, she's posted business cards offering their sleuthing services all over the town of Goodwater Ranch. The good detective would rather not waste his time and connections traipsing through the monotonous petty crimes sure to follow - especially when Amanda's only required payment is lunch money and permission to use the details of said cases to fill her novels.

Ben is still reluctant to help when Amanda enlists them to solve the decades-old cold case of Crazy Susan. Their client, Mr. Gray, is looking for the lost love who got away all those years ago. Gray wants clarity or closure on the past, and to know if Susan is doing well and whether or not he can help her in any way.
But for Ben and Amanda, it won't be as simple as a simple social media search. To find Crazy Susan, they'll have to interview some of the more eccentric residents of Coyote Run, and hope for the best.
