Kwok Pui-lan is a Distinguished Scholar at Episcopal Divinity School, and a past president of the American Academy of Religion. An internationally known theologian, she is a pioneer of Asian and Asian American feminist theology and postcolonial theology. An author or editor of numerous books, including The Anglican Tradition from a Postcolonial Perspective. She received the Lanfranc Award for Education and Scholarship from the Archbishop of Canterbury in 2021. She splits her time between Boston and Atlanta.
