The conceptual theoretical basis, background and results of a diagnosis, a strategy is structured with stages, actions, control paths, in correspondence with the assumed demands of the articulation of free time with physical recreational activities and the cognitive, practical and axiological conception of these activities in the use of free time. In this way, the strategy is constituted as a tool to meet the needs and interests of adolescents and the action in pursuit of modifying them, from the integration of educational influences, considering the planning in correspondence with the results, both in practice and in theory; these results that are related to the stage of adolescence.
