This Volume provides an information relating to research in social sciences at university level for understanding the structural processes over a period of time i.e. space and time (S T). It has been identified that changing patterns of social science research really contributes to knowledge in different states in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. The entire work has been divided into seven chapters. They are Chapter-1 Introduction deals with regional agricultural geography, problems and prospects of small scale industries. Chapter-2 Agro Economics studies deals with the impact of cyclone on development in a case study of Yanam. Chapter-3 Commerce deals with the economics and statistics in particular human resource accounting, planning and management of rural electrification. Chapter-4 History deals impact of tribal policy on the select tribes of Andhra Pradesh.Chapter-5 deals with Information Technology and Digital Library Housing Policy and Programmes in Urban Bhopal. Chapter-6 deals with the core areas of research in social sciences from Chapters-2 to 5 have been discussed at length and in-depth about the progress of social sciences and finally chapter-7 deals with the role of GIS and RS in social science research.
