The book entitled: Public Administration: the administrative process, which is largely descriptive ¿ explanatory ¿ analytical; is my work that specifically focuses on the famous concept of the administrative process as well as other pertinently related concepts of public and private sectors, public management, management and administration. Recognizing the significance of the concept of the administrative process in providing a practically useful, comprehensive, consistent and rational analyzes the contexts of developments of the administrative process from the British and Southern African viewpoints as approaches and also global perspectives; and exposes the main categories in public administration The book has been written with the needs and interests of certain groups of students in mind, including those following the course modules in and for those taking first year university and polytechnic courses in Public Administration, Political Science and Local Government and Administration. The book may also be useful for students of professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and of Health Service Administrators.
