Werhane is Ruffin Professor of Business Ethics at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. She is the coeditor of Ethical Issues in Business (Prentice-Hall), Encyclopedic Dictionary of Business Ethics (Blackwell), and Philosophical Issues in Human Rights (Random House), and the author of Persons, Rights, and Corporations (Prentice-Hall) and Adam Smith and his Legacy for Modern Capitalism (Oxford).
